EVAPCO, Inc. successfully finalized the acquisition of its licensee Aquacool Towers which is located just north of Sydney, Australia. The acquisition took place on September 15, 2009 and the business name has been officially changed to Evapco Australia, Pty. Ltd. Evapco is now positioned to be the leading provider of quality heat transfer equipment and services to the Australian market.
Evapco Australia offers a complete line of industrial duty cooling towers, closed circuit coolers and evaporative condensers.
